We had a fantastic stay at Appartement Sur 3 Niveaux Centre Ville. the hosts were outstanding, and the property's facilities were excellent. Everything was spotless, and we appreciated the fact that the apartment is spread over three floors. the location was brilliant, with bakeries, bars, restaurants, and historical sites just a few minutes away. We found it to be great value for money, and there were nice touches like tea bags, homemade jam, and a good kettle. it provided a perfect base for exploring the Normandy attractions during the day and enjoying the lively dining scene in the evening.

I always stay at this place in Caen for my business trips. The staff helped me find great places to go. It has everything I need: Wi-Fi, dryer, electric kettle, cookware, flat-screen TV. Express check-in/out is a plus. No pets or smoking allowed. No regrets!

I stayed at this lovely modern refurb in the centre of Caen for a night. It was perfect for exploring the city and beyond. The host, Sophie, was incredibly attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. The apartment had all the amenities we could ask for, and the kids loved having their own space in the basement. The location was ideal, with plenty of shops and restaurants close by. We especially appreciated the easy parking and spacious layout of the apartment.

Spotless apartment, excellent hosts, fantastic location in the heart of everything. Sebastien picked us up from the ferry terminal and gave us a mini guided tour. Loved everything about our stay.

The owner picked us up and delivered us back to the train station. the property is located close to restaurants, bars and food/bakeries.

No WC on the sleeping levels. Parking is only free from evening till 9am, so better go there on a train and the gracious host offers to pick you up.

The apartment was clean and well-maintained, with complimentary coffee, tea, and cakes. Its central location made it convenient to explore the city on foot, with restaurants and attractions just a short walk away. The spaciousness of the apartment, spread over three levels, was a good surprise. I had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this accommodation.

City Views and Terrace: The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the breathtaking city views from the apartment's terrace. Sipping my morning coffee, I felt like I had my own private observation deck, overlooking Caen's bustling streets. It was like being on top of the world, without the need for a passport or a parachute.

Bathroom Set Up: The separate toilet on the middle floor and the shower in the bedroom was a bit peculiar. It made it slightly inconvenient for those staying on the bottom floor, having to navigate through different levels just to use the facilities.

Parking was difficult.

The apartment was incredible, the host was amazing, and the location was unbeatable. Clean and cozy with complimentary coffee, tea, and cakes. Perfectly situated near restaurants and main attractions within walking distance. Although we had a few concerns, they were not the fault of the host. Difficulty finding the place due to construction on the street, but the patient host waited for us. The triple-level layout with the bathroom on the second level, the WC on the ground level, and the second bedroom in the basement provided ample space for a family. The host greeted us upon arrival, and the location was close to the city center yet on a quiet street. The apartment was well-equipped with everything we needed, including a TV in each room. Surprisingly spacious for a family of four.
